Sustainability-related disclosures

The EU Regulation 2019/2088 on sustainability related disclosures in the financial services sector requires us to provide a classification of funds linked to the insurance product and make available related specific information. The classification of the products offered is based on the following distinction:

• Art. 8) “A financial product that promotes, among other characteristics, environmental or social characteristics, or a combination of those characteristics, provided that the companies in which the investments are made follow good governance practices”.
• Art. 9) “If a financial product has sustainable investment as its objective and an index has been designated as a reference benchmark”.

This product follows investment objectives which don’t include sustainability factors (intended as environment or social characteristics, or as a combination of both this characteristics).
