Due to our strong growth, we are looking for an experienced Senior Investment-Linked Life Insurance Product Solution Specialists to join our teams in Dublin (Ireland), Vaduz (Liechtenstein), Zurich (Switzerland) or Milan (Italy) for several Product Solutions Specialists on a permanent basis.
The Product Solutions Team
The Product Solutions team is responsible for developing new products for Octium and managing its existing products across several international markets. The scope of the team’s activities ranges from designing completely new products for new markets through to managing the contractual and operational documentation required to administer existing products.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and manage investment-linked life insurance products and solutions, from ideation to launch including PRIIPs documentation, that meet the needs of our clients and that are aligned with our business strategy.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends and customer needs and use this information to inform business development.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including actuaries, underwriters, business development, marketing, and sales, to ensure that products are developed and launched on time, and that they meet regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Conduct product training sessions for internal and external stakeholders and develop sales tools and collateral to support the sales process.
- Monitor product performance and make recommendations for improvements based on customer feedback and market trends.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the regulatory environment and industry trends related to investment-linked life insurance products.
- Supporting the organization with legal matters directly or indirectly related to the life insurance products and solutions offered by the Octium.
- Preparing communications to distribution partners and customers announcing new product developments or changes to existing products
Your Profile
- At least 5 years’ experience in developing and managing investment-linked life insurance products and solutions, preferably in the international sector.
- Strong knowledge of investment-linked life insurance products and solutions, including product design, pricing, underwriting, and distribution and underlying investments.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to find innovative customer-focused solutions, with the ability to conduct market research and analysis, and use data to inform product development.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, and to communicate complex product concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements related to investment-linked life insurance products
- Self-motivated and willing to use own initiative.
- Excellent document drafting skills, paying attention to detail.
- Fluent in Italian and English. Any other of the following languages is a plus: Greek, Spanish or Portuguese
