For our life insurance company in Dublin, Ireland, we are currently looking for an Operation Team Leader
Main responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day activity of a team of +6 people
- Liaise with Asset Managers, Custodian Banks, Intermediaries and Group Agency to ensure client expectations are met
- Develop and maintain relevant processes for all markets and transactions
- Provide operational requirements, including UAT for the implementation of new projects
- Represent Operation Department in internal committees
- On-time delivery of Regulatory Reporting and Management Information
Your Profile
- +4 years’ experience in the Operation department of a Financial Institution, preferably within a Life Insurance company and in a similar role
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Fluent in English and Italian
